As you might expect, we get lots of junk removal questions about what we can remove. And the short answer is that our Junk Masters’ pros can remove just about anything — except for hazardous waste. We remove trash, yard waste, furniture, televisions, appliances, electronics, refrigerators, mattresses, sheds, playhouses, and more.

Yes. If you have a messy or hoarding situation that needs assistance, we are happy to help. Our team has bio-hazard cleanup training, so even if food, human waste, or drug paraphernalia are the risk, we can take care of it.

Yes, Junk Masters Inc. is a registered corporation in the state of Indiana. We are registered in Hamilton County and have general liability insurance, commercial auto insurance, and workers comp insurance (documentation available on request).

We don’t just want your junk filling up landfills so we recycle and repurpose as much as possible. For example:
Junk Masters will clean up the area after your junk has been removed such as raking leaves after removing yard debris or sweeping out the garage.
No. If your items are located outside or otherwise easily accessible, our Junk Masters professionals can remove items without you onsite.
We will inform you when we arrive at the site to start the removal and clarify any questions we may have. Upon completion, we provide photos of the area to show that the work has been completed. Invoices are sent electronically via email or text and can be paid online immediately via credit card or ACH transfer.
Junk Masters Inc. is a licensed and registered business with commercial insurance for all of its equipment and employees. Professional junk removal services are not free because there are many costs to running a business as well as the transport and disposal fees of legally recycling, donating, and disposing of items.
Anyone offering free cleanout services is usually not a business and has no insurance or legal structure. They may even be illegally dumping items to avoid dumping fees.
No. Junk Masters is not a transfer station or landfill and therefore does not accept any drop offs.
If you would like to drop your items off somewhere and they are trash, we recommend finding a nearby transfer station in Indianapolis.

In the case of large projects like estate cleanouts or commercial property cleanouts, you can call us at 317-456-2055 to set up an appointment to come by for an in-person estimate.
Our junk removal prices are based on the amount of space that your stuff fills in our truck. It includes transportation, recycling fees, and labor for two licensed and insured workers to do all the lifting and loading.
We ask that you share a few photos with us when you request a quote remotely so we can get an idea of how much you want to dispose of.
Or if you have lots to get rid of, we can visit the location where your junk is and give you an in-person estimate.
Example pricing for household items on the ground floor:
If items are in the garage or curbside, a 10% discount is provided.
There are additional disposal fees for items containing freon (unless it works and can be donated), TVs, and specialty items such as paint.
Once you have a quote and you’re ready to claim your space back from your junk, we invite you to reach out for an appointment. We typically have openings Monday-Friday from 8 am until 6 pm, as well as weekend availability. Call or text us at 317-456-2055.
At your appointment, you will meet two Junk Masters professionals who will review what you need removed and confirm any changes to the price estimate provided. At your approval, they will get to work and load up whatever items you need removed. You just sit back and relax while we finish up.
If you cannot be onsite, our pros will reach out via text to confirm arrival, clarify any questions they may have, and confirm they are finished with photos upon completion.
Payment is due upon completion of the project.
Once we have completed the project, we will notify you so that you can review that everything has been completed to your liking. This may be done by text or email if you are not at the property.
Payments are accepted via Cash, Credit Card, Check, Venmo, or Zelle. An invoice will be emailed or texted to you for your records.
If we need to make multiple trips for your project, multiple payments may be requested after each round of removal is complete.
For large projects over $1,500, a deposit will be required before the project begins.
